A New York based law firm used TopDec® to shortlist new graduate candidates, based on a comparison between a benchmark created using TopDec® and the candidates' Attitude profiles. They reduced the time-to-hire from three months to one month, taking on 24 out of 30 shortlisted candidates and the retention rate improved 100%.
A “doomed” merger was saved within a year, increasing its share value by 140% because the company acted on the awareness raised by TopDec®. From the start there were doubts that the merger would be a success because the two parties clashed from opposite ends of the Swedish corporate culture spectrum. By using TopDec® for a complete Attitude analysis of all staff, a detailed and extensive change management program was successfully devised and executed.
I have completed the task and very impressed on how this profile works. Such simple information provided and the result gives you a full-detailed information about your life in every aspect . I was actually laughing at the results knowing that its TRUE !!!

The participants of a Malaysian youth leadership training programme took a TopDec® Attitude-check before, just after and three months after their first one-week retreat. The results showed clearly the degree of change that the participants experienced, providing valuable feedback for fine-tuning and data to help with marketing.
